Our terms and conditions comply with current legislation, including Distance Selling Regulations and are designed to ensure that all of our customers can shop easily and with confidence with us.
All prices are in POUND sterling.
We are under no obligation to accept your order. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to acceptance of your order. When you place an order we will treat it as an offer to buy. If we accept your order, we will display a confirmation/acceptance page with your order number, at which point we make a legal contract with you. However, we will be entitled to refuse to accept your order if we feel it necessary, in which case we will e-mail you as soon as we can to let you know.
If there is a fault or some other defect with your product(s) you may return it to us within 5 days for a replacement or refund. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. We will send you returns instructions. Your product must be complete, unused 'as new' condition (e.g., if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. We will refund the money paid (not including P&P) by your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.

* Not suitable for Children under 3 years of age
* Not suitable for people with sensitive skin
* We can not guarantee that all bath bombs will float.
All Bath bombs are handmade which means no 2 are identical. All bath bombs are written as an approximate size, weight and colour but can change at any given time due to them being handmade.
